WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?

  • A damaged, stained, faulty, or unfinished product is received. 
  • The item(s) must be new and in its original packing, complete with all labels and protective labels.
  • The size of the product that was delivered did not match the size that was ordered.
  • This only applies to goods shipped within Pakistan; for international orders, please contact our customer service team, and we will do all we can to assist you.
  • Please note that, due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during the photoshoots, the precise color or texture of the finished item may differ slightly. Hence, refunds and exchanges for this specific reason will not be entertained.
  • Exchanges and refunds during a sale or on a discounted product are ONLY applicable if the product received does not match the product you have ordered.

We regret that the following products are excluded from exchange policy:

  • Customized, altered or personalized items
  • Products on sale or offered with any promotion
  • Items which have been previously exchanged

ACCEPTANCE OF EXCHANGE ORDERS:

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any of the following reasons: 

HOW DO I APPLY FOR THE EXCHANGE?

  • You can also contact our customer service by calling us ar +92 310 1996 196 within 3 days of delivery. 
  • Once our customer support team approves your request for exchanges, you will be requested to courier the parcel to the following address:
    PLOT # 77, P.E.C.H.S BLOCK 6, SHAHRAH- E-FAISAL, KARACHI, PAKISTAN

WHAT IS YOUR SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY?

  • If you are unhappy with the size you ordered and would like to receive a different size, please contact the E-commerce team via email at support admin@hnhoutfits.com
  • The item(s) must be new and in its original packing, complete with all labels and protection stickers.
  • This only applies to goods shipped within Pakistan; for international orders, please contact our customer service team, and we will do all we can to assist you.
  • Please note that size exchanges depends on the stock availability. 

DO YOU OFFER A REFUND?

  • Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds; 
  • In case we are unable to provide an exchange or any other remedy, we may provide a refund, only if we are provided with a valid reason.
    Our management will then look into the matter and if they approve your request for refund, ONLY then the request will be processed further. 
  • The minimum time it takes to complete a refund is 10-15 business days, depending on the payment method.
